本案为江程资产旗下 JLITE 品牌共享办公空间设计，整体设计紧扣江程 “拥江入海，共赴前程” 的品牌内核，将江河意象和企业色彩二者相融，打造一个具有品牌辨识度的共享办公场所。

This project entails the design of a co-working space for JLITE, a brand under Jiangcheng Assets. The design is deeply anchored in Jiangcheng’s core brand philosophy of “Embracing the River, Sailing to the Sea, and Forging Ahead Together.” By seamlessly integrating the imagery of rivers and streams with the corporate color palette, the project creates a highly recognizable co-working environment.

公共休闲区天花采用模块化矩阵吊顶，搭配嵌入式线性灯条，规整利落的几何肌理辅以柔和流畅的灯光层次，赋予空间细腻前卫的科技质感。天花局部嵌入蓝色造型吊顶，通过色彩与灯条的层次变化，营造出立体通透的空间纵深感，呈现简约高级的科技商务调性。廊道左侧的品牌墙作为空间的视觉核心，墙面采用深浅的蓝、灰、白三色毛毡材料分层叠级裁切，起伏错落的曲面形态复刻江河层叠蜿蜒、奔流入海的自然形态；立体凹凸的JLITE 标识错落嵌入墙面，以虚实肌理对比凸显品牌辨识度，同时与天花造型上下呼应，融合品牌符号与现代科技质感。

In the public lounge area, the ceiling features a modular matrix design paired with recessed linear light strips. The crisp, precise geometric textures are softened by layered, fluid lighting, imbuing the space with a refined and avant-garde technological aesthetic. Select areas of the ceiling incorporate blue sculptural elements; the interplay of color and lighting layers creates a three-dimensional, transparent sense of spatial depth, establishing a minimalist yet premium tech-business tone. On the left side of the corridor, the brand wall serves as the visual anchor of the space. Clad in layered felt materials in varying shades of blue, gray, and white, the wall is cut in cascading tiers. Its undulating, staggered curves replicate the natural, meandering flow of rivers converging into the sea. The 3D JLITE logo is embedded organically into the wall, highlighting brand recognition through a striking contrast of solid and void textures. This design echoes the ceiling’s sculptural form, beautifully fusing brand symbolism with modern technological sophistication.

整体空间选用浅色木纹饰面和米色地砖，构筑柔和温润的商务基调，弱化科技吊顶的冷峻线条；与此同时，矩阵吊顶搭配连贯线性灯条，塑造秩序感十足的现代化智能办公场景。品牌专属蓝色与订制毛毡景墙作为双重视觉记忆核心，串联起商务洽谈区、文印服务区、休闲水吧等功能板块。在承载共享办公开放沟通、多类型商务接待功能的基础上，将江程企业文化融于空间各处，实现实用功能、美学质感与品牌精神的完整统一。

Throughout the space, light-toned wood veneers and beige floor tiles establish a soft, warm business foundation, effectively balancing the cool, sharp lines of the tech-inspired ceiling. Meanwhile, the matrix ceiling and continuous linear lighting strips work together to craft a highly ordered, modern smart-office environment. The brand’s signature blue and the custom felt landscape wall serve as a dual visual memory core, seamlessly connecting functional zones such as business negotiation areas, printing services, and the leisure bar. Beyond accommodating the open communication and diverse business reception needs typical of co-working spaces, the design deeply integrates Jiangcheng’s corporate culture into every corner, achieving a perfect unity of practical functionality, aesthetic quality, and brand spirit.
